Daily Note

Oh boy, so this did not start out great. I knew we couldn't wear spikes but then was informed no plastic bottom spikes as well, so I had to race in my Ghosts. My 800 was a brutal 6 laps, I had a insane last kick which was the whole last lap. I ran a 2:35 not great but I came in 4th I was dead and my hip started killing, I cooled down a mile, then found out that i was in the 4x4, it was Israel, Voigt, Satyr, Me. I ran a 69 which is good without spikes, I liked the chants too. Good Dobrin chirp :)
