By my lonesome between classes - 4.5 prerace then half mile strides at Biddle for 5 on the day, definitely going over 70 on the week. Still sore but less so, trending in the right direction. Some trouble keeping this one under control, don't even think I'm gonna run fast tomorrow but kept inadvertently speeding up cuz the adrenaline is still there. Actually felt dece on the strides ngl. Little bit of corey core and then rolling after, might as well keep the Pillar streak going
