Dragging today. 8 hill repeats, upped each rep to 60 seconds. PM: Weirdly a good run on the treadmill. There was a window, so I could see myself run. I imitated lots of people's forms. With Kevin's form, I dropped the pace down to 5:30 without even realizing.
