Two mile race today. I ran 11:13 which is a 19 sec PR. I competed well the first mile slowly inching past people but I slowly died the second mile. I went 5:15 then 5:58. I have to compete better the second mile. Good day though. The 4 x 400 workout I ran on Monday helped my mental strength and the ability to compete. It made me realize that if I could push past each 400 alone, I could push past the person right in front of me.
