60 and sunny this morning. Felt great again. 30min easy then 8x2min with 1min rest. It was fun to try and run fast on that trail. It’s not made for speed. Unfortunately all the slowing down for turns and braking down hills fired up my patellar tendon. Was limping a bit the rest of the run. Hoping some ice, alive, and maybe avoiding hills for a day or two gets it calmed back down. Felt great for the workout and felt like I was moving well.
