Perfect running weather, NY has been so nice this whole week. Ran in the morning with my dad so the pace was relaxed, set out to do 10 and ended up doing a bit more. We ran around Brooklyn bridge park and red hook. Really not trying to overmile, even if 83 might be considered a modest week to Steve Kool, Archer, and Gordon. I don't really wanna be high mileage stud like them for a while so I'm gonna cool it and keep this week the highest I go for now. However, 83 did feel good and 100 isn't that far away. That's for another year though. Really need to start focusing on my speed, and I'm happy that this week set me in the direction of gaining some more gears.
