Practice: Easy warmup 4x4 with baton handoff, ran 65 64 66 68 I believe, pretty easy just cold out. Coach got mad cuz people were kinda shirking away from running. I think it was just a bad day for the team, for many the last run they did was Saturdays workout. Double: 7 easy, rough to get going, 8:04 first mile, but just warmed into it and I was fine. Night was chilly but nice, I wore layers so we were all good.
