My only achievement of today was starting the run, which was very challenging. Conditions were terrible for the third day in a row and I had a raging headache. Even worse was the fact that this is the second time I ran Cass in one week. However, there was much less wind and cars today than on Wednesday's run and I made it all the way to Downer's Grove. Not sure if I've ever ran all the way to Main St. before. Kept going to the Maple Grove trails and got destroyed by the third completely frozen bridge of the week. Really nice area but was marred by the atrocious footing. Felt bad on the way back.
