3x3x400m with Zach and Charlie. Legs took some time getting used to this since I haven't done track work in like a year I think, but I was moving pretty good by the end. Fitness has been fantastic these last two days. Really looking forward to building off it. Splits were 70,72,71 / 69,70,69 / 67,67,62. Went for a fun one with Zach on that last one
