Relaxed, breezy southside run with Nico, Yuke, and Matt (for the first half). Lower calf was in some pretty serious pain when I woke up, but after icing twice before the run, it didn't bother me too much. Seemed to come right back as soon as I finished though. Will probably opt for another southside run tomorrow to keep the hills (and the pain) to a minimum heading into the tempo
