Really was all one run, but the conditions between the two were so drastically different that I think they should be separated. First three miles, I had a hard time getting my mind in the right place. Was super tired and after the disappointment of yesterday, I was really just not feeling it at all - a really poor mentality. Luckily, Naren had stopped to run with me since he wanted to run long. Obviously I didn't want to let him down (and I was hesitant at first) so I immediately changed speeds to make sure we didn't go too slow. Got lucky here with Naren coming in clutch, but I can't let myself slip into this self doubt/pity mentality and just gotta move on and get back to grinding
