Daily Note

Today was hype. I went to Pres rock and put a deerfield XC shirt there. then I went to Hayward field because I heard that there is a track next to in where athletes warm up. I did a workout that I found online and have swatted to try, 2x400, 3x200, 3x100. The recovery time is however long it takes for your heart rate to get down to 150 ppm, assuming your max is 200 (mine is supposedly 204). I hit 59.6, 60.2, 27.9, 28.8, 28.6, and I didn't time the 100s. I think it was a super good workout, the 100s were easily the hardest part because of how lactic I felt. It was sick. I also hiked the Willamette Trail head. I am doing 16 miles tomorrow for my 16th birthday. Super fun trip so far. My dad's classmate is Mitzi Yamamoto, who is the VP of marketing for Nike Running North America, so we are getting tour of Beaverton on Wednesday which is gonna be sick.
