Daily Note
Can't wait to run again! This break has kind of opened my eyes about all the extra stuff I should be doing in addition to running. I have probably spent an average of 4 hours a day since I started my downtime doing this to help advance my training- other than running. My goal for the summer is to continue doing this, while also obviously actually running. I am gonna write down all my time goals for the end of summer/xc soon, I need to brainstorm first. Didn't swim this morning. My final isn't until 10:40, so I chilled and took at Uber to my dad's at like 10. I walked down to Hienen's and got breakfast. Another summer goal of mine is to start eating healthier. I am gonna try to eat less processed food and really start monitoring my food intake so I can really unleash my potential this summer. I just really want to do everything perfectly this summer. Big things coming for the DFDC that I want to be a part of. The season is determined starting now, we all need to remember that. Anyway, I'll update later with what I do for the rest of the day.
