Stretching, hip work, rolling beforehand. ~21 min progressive warm up, drills, then 4x800 @ AP with roughly 2min jog recovery in 2:18 2:18 2:16 2:15. Jogged a lap after the last 8 then spiked up for 4x200 w/ 200 jog in 31 30 30 30. Slow brookings cool down. Tried to remember what AP felt like and dial into that pace. Last rep was a touch harder in effort so maybe should've taken the 3rd a bit easier, but nonetheless I think I executed well for being a solo effort. 200s felt smooth for the most part. Hips felt great and fitness seems to be improving exponentially. Just need to stay healthy.
