Daily Note

Goal: 4mi WU, 10mi @ 5:50-6:00, 4mi CD

6:45 am. Late start since Kathleen and Emma were going to bike along with me on the uptempo portion. Ate too much beforehand for sure but was out the door hitting 7min pace thanks to the late start time. Circled back to the house and they dropped in on the bike. Immediately started feeling terrible. Just really uncoordinated for some reason. My low back was a little sore this morning so that might've been a factor. Ran from the house downhill to the rec center for 3 loops before heading home. After 4ish miles or so I started to feel better, then by 7 I felt good, just in time to be done. Pretty solid workout and it always feels good to get in a good long run. Right hip seems to be tight still for whatever reason. Really bothers me in my desk chair but didn't notice it running. I'm inclined to think it has something to do with the crown of the road.
