Daily Note

Goal: 3mi WU, 5x1.5mi @ 5:15-20 w/400m jog, 3mi CD

4:40 am. Up at 4am, coffee then got started. Ate way to much PB last night after dinner and as a result my stomach felt terrible for this. I tried to eat more last night in hopes of being better fueled for this morning. PB is not the way to go. Felt decent warming up and threw in a 1/4mi pick up in 81 to wake up. I pretty naturally fell into a 5:10-15 rhythm today. On #3 I started to cramp exactly like I did in last summer's races over 5K but adjusted my lean and felt better almost immediately. Pretty tired on the last one but had no trouble hitting splits. More muscularly tiered than I remember the last time for this workout. 2mi easy down
