Daily Note

Goal: 3mi WU, 6x1K w/3min rest at 75s, 3mi CD

5:00 am. 3mi WU with some fartlek in there to wake up. Felt pretty bad on the warm up. This workout has been tough each week but today I finally broke through. Ran blind to pace on the first one expecting to see 3:10 or so but ran 3:01. After that paid more attention and ran the workout semi consistently. Garmin split in 1 of 2 places each time. Which makes me think that although the splits are a little different the effort was actually even. Wore the HR monitor for the first time in a long time and these numbers look good....I think?

*Super sharp pain on the inside of my left foot after the first 1/2mi of the cool down. Immediately went away though and I haven't noticed it since. The inside of that calf and the PosTib are pretty tight. Extra TLC there.
