Back to normal mileage, 7 CT this morning with a good sized group. Micah and Joe turned for alt bep while we continued normal Shepherd Swanson. I then added a mile extension out and back. Stretched and did 7 minutes of core, will double later before dinner.Double was great, first half was 9:57 with the second at 9:40 for 19:38 total. Started at about 3:05 and got a shift at work so I wanted to near 7;00 pace but ended up naturally going much faster without feeling like it at all, I thought the second half would have been 30-40 seconds slower than the first but out was actually faster.
