Daily Note

Practice at 12:30 at the circle, hold pace on the SI field didn’t go super well. 2 WU, 2.66 miles of the workout (.33 miles per lap) and a 2 mile CD. Nobody maxed out and I think that was partially because we aren’t used to the practice time, running this workout on this course, it was a slow course and nobody was prepared for that terrain. Not the best workout but we all tried our hardest and we all worked our best. Considering I ran a 3 PPM in 16:57 about a week ago I’m not worried in the slightest. Might need to eat some more protein with the higher mileage. I also need to increase the intensity because I’ve got the consistency and all the small things but the past few workouts/runs haven’t been the best, so it’s time to dial it up. A goal of mine is to push some workouts and start with Kraemer a few times to see how that pacing feels.
