Easy 6 CT in Heller with a good group. We went at a quick pace but with my recent mileage drop my legs have been feeling really good. 2 strides were fast and great. 2x30 push-ups and took my time stretching before going to the pasta party at my house. Lots of people, up to 78 so it’s a huge team. Excited to go out hard tomorrow and see what I’ve got. Goal is to make the first two miles on pace for mid 16’s and see what I do for the last, I think the plan as of now is to go out with Bradley and Kramer in 5:20. I know that’s fast but if I want 15:45 by November 3rd then I have to make these races hurt a lot more.Sleep: Shoes: 264.64XC: 107.4
