Rainy day so we were all soaked by the end but it was still fun. Ran in a decent sized group that split and turned around at Bakery while I continued on with Jason, Joe, JWallk, Jonah, Charlie, Zamler and Jeremy down Deerfield to Ridge and then to DHS which is one of Jason’s courses. Started to do an extra mile with those who had 6 but turned around and needed to use the bathroom and was in there for quite a while before going outside, finishing mileage and bringing in my stuff. Need to listen to my body more in the future during runs. If I think I’ll need to use the bathroom, better safe then sorry. Seeing Incredibles 2 tonight with a group and it’s gonna be awesome, can’t wait. Ran with my ankle brace on my left because it’s been sore lately but it gave me a nasty cut from rubbing against my skin for 6 miles so gonna not wear that for a while. 6 minutes of abs and 2x25 pushups, gonna start doing more pushups in a row and see what I’m capable of tomorrow.Sleep: 7h 54mMileage: 170.89SM: 129.51
