first day of doubling this morning before virtual school begins. met up with jason in the shepard field and did a course ryan made up to see him before he leaves for college wednesday. the run flew by and we talked for awhile afte. gonna miss him, it's so weird to now be the age jason was when we first met him. now school starts in sixteen minutes and it's all sort of hard to process, but good run. // school got off to a weird but alright start. It sucks staring at the computer all day but I still have a couple classes I can look forward to at least, and I think the rest of the week will be better when it's not 100 days. anyways at practice I ran heller extension with lucas eric josh and ryan, it was hot but I felt very bouncy I think from the morning run. it went by pretty fast too. strides on the turf after then stretched and did lite plyos. good day.
