did the rosewood loop with ryan at like noon. it was almost 90 out which was rough, i had a really bad headache last night and this morning which made it hard to get up early and ryan waited for me which was sweet. but we're gonna start waking up earlier to avoid the heat. felt pretty good though. last day of a nice recovery week, now its time for the buildup. good day.
