had a new workout today, a 3 mile ct going into a 3 mile 60 on 60 off fartlek then right into 1 mile cooldown. ran it with josh ryan and eric we did bakery twice. the fast parts felt super fast but i was feeling good and smooth until the end. we worked together well and it was pretty hype. our three mile fartlek portion was like 17:30 so we were cooking. mapped it out to be 7.26 but who knows. stretched after and did ~floor core~ which was also good. now we're going straight to our grandma's house for dinner. i feel like i got a lot out of this workout. good day.
