Went to Mimi’s 5k in busse woods today, and some of us went earlier to do the long run. Ran with a big group of me kraemer Lucas tj Ryan Jonah zamler Alex and Coby. We went on the 5k course then ran the sectionals course, had some ptsd and thought a lot about this years race. Then we went a mile out and back then back to the start, but I added on 13 min extension to get to 12. Ended up being a bit long. Felt pretty good but I’m sore now. Super fun day, now I have a ton of hw to catch up on.
