early bird today, ran at 5:45 with Ryan. Did the coromandel loop we both felt sluggish and ended up going very slow, it felt the same as usual though. Stretched after. Ran heller at practice with Eric Lucas Jonah and Jason. It was a grind with the heat and I still felt pretty tired, but it was a good run. Stretched after.
