Ran five today with Eric josh Ryan Alex and Lucas. We did meadow but after a bit josh and Eric started zooming and I wanted to take it easier. We kind of split apart but I ran mostly with Lao at a comfortable pace. Time is kind of an estimate but I’m sure it’s pretty close. I did four 100m strides after all at low 15 though it was windy. Gonna keep working on stuff like that to improve. Then did grecore and the one hundred push-up thing after. Good day.
