Daily Note

This meet was very fun but I did not run well. I put harder efforts into workouts than I did this and I don’t know why. I just need to figure out how to make sure I use all my energy in the allotted distance because right now I’m just not. I know I can run sub 10 at the end of this but it’s going to take an infinitely higher level of toughness. Gonna use this frustration to fuel me in the mile tomorrow. Props to Ryan and zamler for kicking in the last 300 when I did not. Also props to Brett for a sick race, I’m going to take his advice and trust my own pacing from now on and nobody else’s. Good day.
