Today I woke up at like 12 and I felt like absolute trash. My nose and throat felt super stuffy and weird so I wasn’t planning to run. However by like 1:30 I felt a bit better so I decided to try and do 3. It wasn’t awful but my nose was running and my head hurt and I was still sore from yesterday. I was running pretty slow but I was absolutely zoinked when I got back. It was lowkey hard so I probably should have taken the day off, but I’m glad I got a bit of running in today. I stretched after which was brutal but felt great after. Hope to be back to normal by tomorrow. Good day.
