Today we had to run inside due to cold so I went on the treadmill because I didn’t feel like the halls again. Put it on 1 incline and 7:01-6:58 pace. Physically it felt easy but mentally it was brutal. I made up a song in my head where I would count to 60 as slow as possible which was helpful. Coach sprayed us with water towards he end which was also hype. Did some strides in x hall after, then stretched and some of us did grecore in the perc which was brutal. Then Brett drove Ryan and I home which was interesting. Did bands at home. Good day.
