Removed my KT tape once and (hopefully) for all today. Ran 20 min oyo right after work, then 25 more min with Paul. Felt ok for the most part, but a little dizzy the second run. Probably ran about 5 miles, but I am considering getting a stopwatch rather than using GPS all the time so I can get away from thinking about pace and focus just on time.
