We planned to run at the reservoir today but got there and it was packed so we went to a trail and that ended up being ok. ran the first half with Paul then second half alone felt ehhh. Hip has been bothering me so I’ll probably take tomorrow off because we’re planning to hike all day anyway. Might do core later today (probably not)
