hot as all fuck out there today. workout was 5x800-200-200 at cruise rep-rep but we didn't do the last set of 200s. I guess it wasn't too terrible overall, prescribed 3:19-3:21 and I was 3:26, 3:18, 3:20, 3:21, 3:19 (I think) and the 200s were all 38-40. felt really awful though, especially on the 800s. the 200s didn't actually feel too bad but I felt like I was working way too hard for cruise pace on the 8's. hopefully just because of the heat/probably being dehydrated. longer cooldown after. roll and stretch.
