first mid distance workout today with my girl Kara. 2 mile warmup, 3x100 stride things, then 3x 400-200-200 felt pretty guud went a little fast on everything (prescribed 85-86 and 39-40) then 3x100 strides again and finally 2 mile cooldown. shins hurt a little. roll, stretch, and 5mins core after. also, I was right I am indeed sore as shit today.
