Tougher run today, legs felt pretty tired. First two surges were only at 5:30 but was able to get under 5:05 for the last 4.

    ADD 6 x [30 seconds hard (mile pace) // 30 seconds easy]

    **: add this workout somewhere in the middle of your run. You can add it where ever you like.

    This workout will get a little monotonous each week. after 6 weeks of application we will change this workout up a bit. But keep up the good work, from what i can tell you ran it perfect last week.
