Girl boss inspired run today! Started this run with my Girly Pop Shannon. We went around Noon after we were both done with class, fun fact, neither of us also have class on fridays. Anyway, nice little frolic through the snow with her for 2.5 on morning loop. Nice and relaxed and it hadnt been plowed yet so nice and soft surface. Dropped her off at Buchanan and took a page outta another Buchanan baddies playbook and ran union hall. I got to CHS and proceeded to get SMACKED by a wall of snow that a very fast snow plow was moving off of the road. I tried to get outta the way by jumping off the road and onto the hill that is next to the solar fields but to no avail. It just made my face the perfect height for the plow. Ironically, when I was off of Union Hall and headed back into Carlisle, I had ANOTHER show down with the same plow. This time, I hoped off the road and ran up some random persons driveway and waited for him to pass. All in all, very eventful. Girl boss Shannon started the run well, but girl boss Laura defiled me by association when her favorite route soaked me through. Whats worse than being covered in freezing drizzle you might ask? A soupy combination of snow, sleet, and sand. 0/10 recommend Union Hall on a snow day. Not Poggers.
