3x2Mile (2:00) - 10:53 (5:31, 5:22), 10:47 (5:27, 5:19), 10:45 (5:26, 5:18).
I know. I'm a piece of shit for going AWOL on my log. I will begin the process of filling in the gaps. Very pleased with this workout. It's always been one of my favorites and I was in need of a good aerobic workout. I didn't get out early today so I did it in the dark. Fortunately, I had my light which helped a lot. Who's gay now? Legs felt smooth and I reminded myself after the first one to not get too excited on the 2nd because the goal was to do 3 the right way. The last mile was really safe I would say. I could have gotten greedy but with the haphazard couple weeks, I decided to take yes for an answer and not do anything stupid. My main short term goal is getting in really good shape for Adrenaline to launch into outdoor. I will race Keogh but for the next couple weeks, just meat and potatoes. 2 mile warm up, 2 mile cool down.
