Am: Early solo shakeout. Felt tired Pm: Ran on my own, had a review for an exam that got out late, went my new route which goes from Leiper to Swarthmore pizza, to Michigan ave to Ridley and out through the cages and back. Got a cold tub in after some core, felt okay. Been lacking on the log content lately and it shows: I've been busy with school, but I'm looking back and updating anything I left out after tomorrow.
