Am: 20 min warm up, 4 mile threshold, and 3.2 mile cool down. Did the threshold early morning at the road near my house. Didn't feel great getting into it, probably because I ate breakfast a little while before and also could have gotten more warm up routine before hitting the run, but "snowflakes". Splits are 5:47, 5:57, 6:01, and 5:54. Got a decent stretch in at home. Pm: 30 mins of core, then hit the bag at home for a bit. Wanted to put in "boxing" but the lads at log-a-run decided that's not an activity that runners need :(
