Am: Core 10 mins, Ran 7 miles right before work. Was planning to get 10 in today but my boss released the schedule for this week and found out that I was working at 12 to 5pm today, and this was right around 10:20, so I basically booked it out of my house to get any mileage I could get. Stretched a little but not enough when I got back, made sure to eat a little before work. Pm: wanted to get another 3 miles in after work but my feet were a bit tired so I decided to just get in a 20 minute row, felt good.
