Am: 3x6 Split-squat (60 lbs), 2x10 goblin squat (15 lbs), 3x10 Deadlift (130 lbs). Ran to wheatsworth and back. Felt good today, got 5x150 striders in around the last mile. Stretched and recovered after. Pm: Ran with a guy I used to run with in middle school who's a newly Lock Haven Grad, nice easy jog from the Walkill campus around the Indian Fields development. Had some good conversation and it was revealed to me that he was seriously thinking about attending Widener at one point, would've been great to have a fellow North Jersian come along to share equal amounts of teasing about our geographical downfall.
