Ran with some of the guys past white pole and back, added a mile to kirkbride. Felt tired and legs were a little sore for the first couple miles, roads were a bit slick as well. Just one of those runs where it took a little bit to get into and fully immerse myself in, but got a steady pace going by the time we had reached six miles. Quads still a bit tight so I had joe do PNF for me.
