AM: Pre work loop, knew there was a weak segment by Assinippi park and wanted to get it and figured it'd be a good intro to faster running. Definitely hurt more than I would have liked but it was my longest run at that pace in 4 months which is nice. Segment was 1.21 but I ran to 1.3 to make sure I covered the whole thing so it ended up being 1.3 at 5:40 pace. Easy CD after to get to 7.
