PM: With Lukas, ran Church street, tossed in 4x100 on my spike-flats and felt good? Body was not used to fast stuff but overall I held it up well. Can only go up from here. _____________ 2020 was an odd year. Didn't hit the goals I wanted to (couldn't remember my time/race goals) but didn't hit 100mpw (so close.) Caught the injury bug and got pretty sick with it from September to now December. *Fingers crossed* that I dropped it. Looking to get fit and ready for my half debut in may and if things go well then we'll look for something special in October. Onward
