AM: Real feel of -19 made this a fun one. Stone path with Tim, felt good for all things considered. PM: 3/2.5 wu/cd 2x(2x200-2x400) with 400 jog after 200s, 600 jog after 400, and 800 jog after sets. Splits were (31l, 30h, 62h, 62l)-(31l, 30h, 59h, 60l) Felt solid, could definitely tell I was tired going into the last two 400s but was also sure that things were going to hurt but I was going to fine and better for it and I was. Treadmill cooldown with Tim, drills after. Roll & stretch tbd.
