51 minute recovery run, 4 strides, hips + hurdles, core, roll, stretch Long ish run was horrible today. I got to sleep in a decent amount which was really nice, but was in bed for a few minutes contemplating if I wanted to run before practice or during practice. I decided to run before to just get it over with and it sucked. It was so hot and I felt insanely dead. My hip bothered me for the first 20 minutes, and then after that I just stopped thinking about it and let it stop bothering me. I was dying though, my legs were so tired and I wasn’t even going that fast. I think mentally I let it get to me a little too much but besides that I was able to push through it just fine. After the run the strides felt alright, hip bothered me a bit again but nothing too bad. Still pretty sad with how things went last night.
