Core, 15 minute warm up, hips + drills + sprint mechanics, 2x40’s fast, 10x100 fast, 20 minute cool down, 3 strides, roll, stretch

Good pre-meet day today. Legs didn’t feel amazing today or bad at all. Just a neutral feeling in the legs. Having a down week has been really great this week, it has given me a huge mental week from the constant grind I put in during the non down weeks. I am super pumped for the race tomorrow and the opportunity I have been given. I am going to pour my heart and soul into this race. My biggest goal is to leave absolutely every ounce of energy I have on the track. I want to cross the finish line and be completely gassed out of my mind. I cannot wait to see what I can do and do what I know I am capable of. Tomorrow is gonna be a great day. I can’t wait.
