15 minute warm up, hips + drills, hot lap, VO2 mile, 800 @ mile pace, 400 all out, 4x300 mile/800 pace, 10 minute cool down, 2 set mini circuit, core, roll, stretch
21 minute double run, 2 strides, roll, stretch
Really good workout today, the reason I think it wasn’t the best at some times was because it wasn’t that hard and I feel like it should have been harder. The mile felt really easy and really good, I was fast, then slow, then on the last two laps, hit pace exactly on so I am pretty happy about that. The 800 was great, the first lap was a 61, and I hit 2:09, which was right on pace. 60 seconds after we had an all out 400, that I straight up died in. I still hit a 60 which is ok but it was pretty good. Afterwards I had to do the 300’s which I thought were gonna be bad, but it was really good. I hit great paces and felt super good. Double run was good. Ran with Speezy, super easy chill run.
