Daily Note

13 minute warm up, hips + drills, sprint mechanics, 3x40’s, 10x100, 35 minute cool down, 4 strides, core, roll, stretch

Pre-meet was pretty good. Doing the long part last does suck but it was nice to do the whole pre-meet 40’s and 100’s with people which was nice cause I had people to talk to during the rest and recovery portions. The 40's felt pretty good, I hand timed them on my own and hit 4.9, 4.9. 4.8. Probably pretty far off but pretty happy about it. Warming up with Nick was nice for once in a while. I haven’t got to talk to him in a while, so it was nice to do a workout for once in a while. the 100's felt really good and really smooth. Cool down / long recovery was super annoying because I was alone. Overall, very good day. Excited for the workout tomorrow.
