Daily Note

Core, 15 minute warm up, hips + drills, 1k @ CV, 2 sets of 5x250, 1x300 @ 800 pace, 10 minute cool down, plyos, weight lifting, roll, stretch

Workout was mediocre. I was a second slow on my paces, which was probably close to my PR, but I was trying to hit paces that were 1:57 pace. Not too worried about it though, it has been a pretty tough week of workouts and lots of miles so that probably had an affect on today’s workout. Still felt good about it though. Split it up into two sets like it said and that helped a lot. The CV beforehand was actually right on which was pretty good so I am happy about that. Lifting afterwards was good, nothing special, just got down there and took care of business. Overall pretty good day of good work.
